The Mountain Heritage Hotel & Falls Mountain Retreat is located in the majestic setting of Katoomba in the Blue Mountains.

It offers premier boutique style accommodation, with a scenic view across the Jamison Valley. The hotel now forms part of the ICC Group with expansive hospitality offerings.

We are looking for a professional, vibrant and friendly person to join our Hotel Reception team.

Key responsibilities include...

Conducting check in's/outs and creating great first impressions
Managing enquiries and taking reservations
Providing a positive and memorable experience & customer service to all guests
General housekeeping duties as required
Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail

To be successful in this role, you will have...

Previous experience in hotel front desk or housekeeping (desirable)
Must be a people person
You have the ability to work independently
Must be immaculately groomed
A willingness to go above and beyond for all of our guests
The ability to show initiative and to be selfmotivated
A friendly and outgoing personality
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility to work on a 7day rotating roster including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
