About the role

A unique opportunity has arisen to work in the important field of judicial ethics and integrity, in hybrid work environment where development and well-being is a high priority.

The newly created role supports the legal area of the Commission and the Director.

The Commission seeks to promote public confidence in the courts and VCAT and define the standards expected of judicial officers, both in and out of the court room.

The Commission's Board is chaired by the Chief Justice of Victoria.

The hybrid model enables staff to work from home and in our newly fitted out office (close to the court-precinct) - where a calm, collaborative, collegiate workplace has been created.

Access to state-of-the-art end-of-trip facilities make it easy to commute by bike or take a break during the day to exercise.

A comprehensive well-being program is also available.
About you
The Operations Support Officer is responsible for providing confidential, high-quality support to the Commission's operations functions.

The role works closely with the Operations and Strategy Manager and supports the broader team, with internal administrative and operations matters and will provide operational management of the Commissions new Digital Transformation Project.
