This role is integral to the organisation as you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our internal users.

If you possess solid technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Main Responsibilities:

Installing, setting up, and maintaining hardware
Providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting problems on site, via phone, or using remote desktop tools
Assisting with testing, configuration, and training activities
Creating and managing user accounts
Maintaining IT technical documentation when needed
Liaising with thirdparty vendors when required
Supporting the management team in adhoc project work
Provisioning mobile devices and supporting mobile apps

Key Skills & Experience Required:

Strong technical knowledge and problemsolving skills
Outstanding customer service and stakeholder relationship management
Previous IT Help Desk / Service Desk experience
Understanding of networking principles
Solid knowledge of Microsoft servers and software
Experience in configuring PCs and printers
Effective problemsolving and analysis skills
Ability to work well under pressure within a fastpaced environment
