Description
Reporting to the Senior Director Finance for Seqirus Operations and Quality, and a key member of the CSL Seqirus Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will provide strategic insights and financial guidance on all aspects of financial performance, financial planning, financial risk management, and investment evaluation to support short- and long-term decision making in respect of Seqirus Supply Chain operations, Network Strategy and Global Planning.
You will have primary responsibility for coordinating all financial planning and performance measurement activities for Supply Chain functions in collaboration with the FP&A function and site-based Supply Chain Finance Business Partners and provide insights and guidance to the Global Planning team and Executive Sales and Operational Planning (ES&OP) forum.
You will lead a team of two direct reports with a focus on driving standardisation of product costing processes, supporting inventory forecasting and management, and providing financial support to the Capital and OPEX project portfolios teams.
To be successful in this role, you will be required to possess a combination of financial expertise, industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills, as well as deep understanding of the CSL Enterprise and Global Finance operating models to effectively partner with Business Unit specific stakeholders and across the CSL Enterprise.
The Role :
Member of the CSL Seqirus Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Member of the Executive Sales and Operational Planning (ES&OP) Leadership TeamMember of the CSL Seqirus Finance Business Partnering team supporting Global Operations and QualitySupport the business to deliver business unit specific financial targets managing risks and opportunities.
Identify functional cost savings to drive operational cost efficiency improvements partnering with functional leaders and managers, and site-based Finance Business Partners to deliver successful outcomes.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecast updates for the CSL Seqirus Supply Chain function.Ensure understanding of financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision making.
Actively participate and drive engagement on projects focused on the improvement of financial systems, processes, and procedures.
Your Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplineCPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalentMBA preferred10 years' relevant experience across Accounting/Finance/Business Partnering to at least senior manager level.
Excellent analytical skills, with a high focus on delivery of financial targetsExposure working in a Global environment.
Ability to work well with tight deadlines and in a dynamic environment with multiple deliverables.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to interact with management at all levels.
