We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our company located at the Head Office in Port Adelaide.

Role Overview:
The Financial Controller will oversee Finance and Accounting services, including treasury and payroll, across the FPH Group. This role involves supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and ensuring timely and accurate financial accounting and reporting obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review financial and operational performance across the Group to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Manage financial close processes to maintain the accuracy of financial and operational data.
- Lead the Financial Accounting and Accounts team to ensure high-quality service, staff development, and performance standards.
- Supervise the external audit process for compliance with accounting standards and manage statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Continuously enhance financial processes, systems, and controls for effectiveness and efficiency.
About you:
Your qualifications and experience should include:
- Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting or equivalent, focusing on Finance or Corporate Finance.
- Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
- Strong leadership skills to communicate clear strategies, support employees, and achieve goals.
- Experience and knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and professional standards related to financial accounting and management practices.
- Proficient in report writing, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to influence outcomes in a multi-stakeholder environment.
