Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Project Coordinator on a contract for 12 months with 1x6 months extension option.


Position Overview

Requirements of the

Role:


  • Experience in a similar project support role
  • Coordinating meetings, committees and working groups including production of agendas, minutes and managing records.
  • Strong written communication skills, demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail
  • Development and maintenance of stakeholder relationships
  • Experience as a team player able to work with minimum supervision in a fastpaced environment and willing to help out
  • Administration of SharePoint/MS Teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products to an advanced level
  • Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement to achieve quality outcomes.
  • Extensive government experience.
