This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the primary point of contact for bucket-related inquiries, liaising directly with customers to understand their unique requirements and ensure the seamless delivery of post-sales services. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a diverse team, collaborate on exciting projects, and contribute to the company's growth and success.
What you'll do:
As a Product Specialist (Buckets), you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our client's reputation for excellence within the industry. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of bucket-related projects, from initial consultation and customisation to installation, maintenance, and ongoing support. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate resources, resolve technical issues, and optimise processes.
