A little about the role


We are looking for a Delivery Lead with Business Analyst capabilities to join our team, in a role that can be located anywhere in Australia.

Our business has been built on our experiential design/project offering, but this role will play a key role in ensuring the success of our soon to be launched product portfolio by collaborating with Product Leaders, Designers and Software Engineers, to deliver compelling experiences to delight our customers.

The role will work with multiple Product teams to support and evolve our shared product vision by focusing on continuous product delivery.


In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining product delivery methodologies, standards and tools and ensuring that all team members uphold these standards throughout development and execution.

The role will also have people leadership responsibility of a Senior Business Analyst and Senior QA Engineer.

Another key part of the role will also be translating business and customer needs into clearly articulated features, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for some of our product streams to support the workload of our Senior Business Analyst.

You could be the one if you have

  • Experience leading the delivery of products, using agile principles, whilst working closely with and coaching product and technology teams
  • Experience overseeing regular release cycles, and leading our customers and stakeholders through the change management process
  • Experience working in product development teams, with examples of collaborating successfully with software engineering and design teams
  • Experience translating business and customer needs into clearly articulated features, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Experience working within a range of agile environments, comfortable making changes to process to ensure what we implement works for AP and the individual teams.
  • Experience creating status reports and generating insights to keep stakeholders informed of product and project status, including representing Product at meetings
  • Previous people leadership experience, with a passion for coaching and developing people and creating an environment for your team to be successful
  • Experience successfully facilitating engaging workshops with stakeholders to generate business solutions
  • Have experience assessing and documenting the current state to identify and recommend improvements
  • A good understanding of and experience with Atlassian tools but believes in empowered teams and knows how to leverage tools to support teams effectively
  • An interest in the cultural sector and creating innovative visitor experiences would be an advantage
