Regional DirectorNational Corporate Housing is looking for an experienced Regional Director.
This individual will be responsible for successfully operating the assigned region's sales and operations plans.
The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
Support and promote National's mission, vision, core values, and V/TOLead, Manage and hold Accountable the associates in assigned marketsResponsible for the achievement of budget in each marketCreate, submit for approval, and achieve annual budget for the regionCoordinate with Sales Manager to create, implement and achieve sales strategy for each marketWork closely with General Managers to drive local revenue/profitability through utilization of a local market AE where staffing permitsManage the organizational structure of the region to achieve maximum effectiveness and efficiencyWork with Regional Recruiter and General Managers to build bench strength for all positionsProvide professional development opportunities for all associatesSupport the creation and maintenance of work environments that encourage innovation, creativity, diversity, and associate engagement and satisfaction.
Work closely with Regional counterparts and Senior management to ensure consistency and reinforce teamwork across the companyBuild and maintain positive relationships with all vendors/suppliers.
Negotiate local contracts in coordination with Supply Chain ManagerHold team members accountable to uphold the Standard Operation Procedures set forth as The National WayUtilize the Traction format to drive company and regional goals and initiativesUtilize Reflektive to document, recognize, and motive associate performancePromote and engage in industry events on a local and regional levelUtilize internal resources in an appropriate and respectful mannerRequirements:Must be a fast paced, independent, motivated self-starter with a drive to succeedStrong communication and presentation skillsBachelor's Degree is idealManagement experience in relocation, hospitality, property management, corporate housing, travel or real estate is a plusExcellent customer service skillsMS Office, Word, Outlook, ExcelTravel is requiredAll employees are expected to have knowledge of National's business units and established procedures and compliance rules pertinent to their positions.
