As a
Maintenance Planner
, you will be based in Clayton, Victoria** while ensuring the preventative maintenance programs are up to date and work is completed in a safe manner, and that full compliance with PPG EHS requirements is met.

Responsibilities:

To work with the Maintenance personnel in arranging servicing, adjusting, and carrying out repairs and maintenance to plant, machinery, and other equipment.
Create routine maintenance schedules, and shutdown plans and monitor maintenance KPIs.
Manage service providers and equipment on site.
Ensure materials and tools are adequately stored and all tools and equipment are maintained in mechanically sound and clean conditions.
Raising of POs for the maintenance department.
Initiate and manage capital projects from conception to completion.
Work together with the Engineering manager to ensure all EH&S requirements and compliance standards for engineering are met.

Qualifications:

Mechanical engineering background, with 5+ years' experience in process and manufacturing experience.
Experience working in hazardous environments and a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements are advantageous.
Develop working relationships with staff and contractors.
