  • Mastery in monitoring and tracing customer accounts to ensure punctual payment receipt.
  • Synergetic collaboration with internal teams to troubleshoot billing discrepancies and cater to client queries.
  • Proficient communication with clients for overdue payments followup and negotiation of payment strategies if needed.
  • Expertise in reconciling customer accounts to ensure financial record accuracy. Skillful preparation and analysis of accounts receivable reports for managerial review.
  • Innovative contributions to refine invoicing and collections through process enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:


  • Demonstrated background in accounts receivable or akin financial roles.
  • Firm grasp of accounting tenets and accounts receivable procedures.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, to foster effective client liaisons.
  • Meticulous and methodical with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Proficiency in pertinent accounting software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problemsolving acumen and a knack for independent and collaborative work.
