Education Recruitment Consultant | Sydney
SchoolHouse is an Australian recruitment company working in partnership with a growing number of schools across the country. We specialise in supporting schools to find great staff for leadership, teaching and non-teaching roles. We have office locations based in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne CBDs.

Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a driven, collaborative and adaptable person, motivated by a career in education recruitment to join the company.

This is full time and permanent opportunity commencing in April 2024 or as negotiated.

Position focus and responsibilities:

Build connections with existing and new client schools through Principals, Deputy Principals and HR teams
Recruit leadership, teaching and support staff for the Catholic, Independent and Government school sectors
Positively contribute to the company's business goals and culture, working to meet both individual and team objectives

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

Hold a Bachelor/Post-graduate degree in education
Experience working in the education sector and / or a recruitment setting will be highly regarded
Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment

Benefits:

Ongoing support from an experienced team and a Training & Development Mentor to help you succeed in your role
Excellent working conditions above standard annual leave accrual, equipment provided, flexible working arrangements after an inoffice probation period
Competitive base salary of $80,000 $90,000 (commensurate with skills and experience)
