As
Team Assistant,
supporting the consulting team, you will be responsible for database administration, including updating and maintaining client data, preparing meetings, generating reports and managing the boardroom and diaries.
Additional responsibilities involve utilising design platforms such as Canva and Adobe for marketing and brand awareness, as well as compiling proposals and formatting documents using Microsoft Suite.
Ideally you will be a graduate, recently completed or your working towards completing undergraduate degree HR or a related discipline, leveraging your HR and industry knowledge looking for your first office-based role.
As a Team Assistant, you will play an integral role in upholding Underwood Executive's brand, exhibiting strong customer service, communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
Proficiency with MAC and Microsoft Suite, a willingness to learn, attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.
