About the Company

Davidsons Technology are currently partnering with a large Queensland State Government department undertaking a significant multi-year digital transformation initiative to modernise its business systems, enable online service delivery and support a mobile workforce by implementing new Microsoft based systems and decommissioning legacy systems The initiative is being delivered using a lean agile methodology.


About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work with clients to understand their business processes and gather business requirements for D365 solutions.
  • Lead requirements workshops, document and analyse business processes, and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
  • Design and configure D365 solutions using industry best practices and proven patterns.
  • Acting as the translation point between functional and technical teams so that solutions can be developed
  • Effectively managing large work streams to stay within scope, meet or exceed project schedule and remain within the approved budget
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and endusers in the use of D365 solutions.
  • Utilise agile methodologies to manage project delivery and effectively prioritise tasks.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest D365 and Power Platform features and updates.
  • Help create an innovative, creative and fun team culture, capable of developing advanced technologies.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and D365 functional configuration.
  • Experience with Azure Integration, Azure Data, Power Platform, and D36
  • Proven experience in agile methodologies and leading requirements workshops.
  • Knowledge of the Power Platform and its associated tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams, stakeholders, and endusers.
  • Experience in largescale digital transformation projects

The Benefits

This opportunity offers you a contract till end of August 2023 and potentially to extend, and an hourly rate of $100 - $115 per hour + Superannuation (negotiable).

The client offers flexible working conditions split between work from home and their Brisbane CBD based office.
