There is an opportunity for a Assistant Store Manager or Senior Casual that have the ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

A genuine love for styling and sales coaching
Proven success in a Sales/Styling environment, preferably fashion
A keen interest in fashion trends
Competitive spirit & motivated by team development
Ability to coach and lead a team to become great sellers
Great time management & able to prioritize and multi-task
Ambitious, currently in a high level management role and wanting to further your development. (preferred)
Proven experience in building a local customer base and working within the community (preferred)
Previous experience working with traffic counters and conversion results (preferred)
