The CFO is a high-profile leadership role partnering directly with the CEO as a key decision maker within the business.

You will be experienced in driving a finance function to deliver all internal and external financial obligations in a timely manner and to a high standard.

Your leadership style will be all inclusive to ensure the success and development of your team while enabling this company's rich core values, the cornerstone of their business.

This role will partner with a wide range of business units, providing decision support for the executive team and board to achieve their strategic ambitions.

Key Duties:

Oversee ASX obligations (financial, compliance, audit, statutory) as well as ESG protocols for the business
Partner the CEO to define, implement, and proactively manage Boardapproved strategies
Risk mitigation and management
Property and asset portfolio management
Lead multifunctional teams including finance and operations

CA / CPA / MBA qualified, you will have experience partnering a CEO and working closely with the Board to deliver agreed business objectives.

Experience in ASX listed companies with global presence will be considered advantageous as is exposure to a tangible product-based industry sector.

You are a business partnering expert who can manage a variety of stakeholders across multiple functions. Further, you will be a passionate leader of people from a nurturing, development, and communication perspective.
