OOSH/OSHC Coordinator, located in a bright and spacious centre in Eastlakes. Be part of this wonderful service, who value their staff and assist with career development and progression.

About the role:

We are looking for a professional, dedicated and organised individual, who is confident in managing a vibrant team of Educators.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for taking care of the day-to-day operations of the centre and delivering the exceptional service our client is known for.

You will be leading and mentoring a team of Educators, and building lasting relationships with your team, parents and members of the school community.

To be a Successful Applicant you Must:

Show clear and strong leadership skills and have a genuine passion and love for working with children
Be dedicated and passionate about delivering the best childcare service and experience possible
Have excellent communication skills with all parents, children and team members
Have the ability to assist children with additional needs
Previous experience working with children of all ages
Previous experience in leadership and management is strongly preferred
Hold a minimum of a Certificate 3 in Education and Care
A valid WWC and First aid certificate
