    Project Officer – Fixed Plant and Aquatics

    Permanent Full Time

    About this role

    As the Project Officer Fixed Plant and Aquatics, you will maintain anasset register of fixed plant including aquatic infrastructure, lifts and townclocks. In this role you will implement standard works and monitor schedulesfor cyclical an reactive maintenance activities for all the items on the FixedPant Asset register, whilst also recommending and delivering capital renewaland upgrade projects.

    About You

    For this position we are seeking someone who has a demonstratedunderstanding of fixed plant and aquatic infrastructure. You will have strongcommunication skills with the ability to manage a wide range of internal andexternal stakeholders.

    You will also need:

  • Experience in the maintenance of a wide range of fixed plant and aquaticinfrastructure maintenance.
  • Experience in initiating, managing, and delivering capital projects.
  • Experience in developing and overseeing cyclic and general maintenanceprocedures and contracts.
  • Experience in contract management and the management of servicecontracts.
  • Holder of current Victorian driver's licence.
  • Ability to perform heavy manual work.
  • Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools.
  • Level 1 First Aid.
