Clicks IT Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading safety organisation within the travel/aviation sector.
This crucial organisation is looking for a Program Manager to take charge and lead a critical network upgrade program. The role will see you manage geographically diverse teams across Australia.

Based out of their office in Brisbane, this role will lead already established program of work regarding a major network upgrade.

Responsibilities:

Work with Portfolio and Program delivery lead to ensure program objectives, plan and budget are aligned with strategic priorities and business outcomes
Assign, monitor and coordinate technical resources
Estimate the cost of the project to ensure forecasts are submitted and variances between forecast and actual are reviewed and communicated,
Monitor progress of project work packages, deliverables and products,
Report on the progress of the project, work packages, deliverables and products,
Identify, monitor, mitigate and communicate all project risks, issues and dependencies,
Maintain relationships with key technical and business stakeholders,

Key Experience:

Proven experience as a Program Manager within complex, regulated delivery environments
10+ years of experience leading projects/programs
Previous experience/technical experience with enterprise-wide network upgrades is highly regard, but not essential
Previous experience within defence, aviation or commercial organisations is highly regarded.
Strong ability to influence and negotiate stakeholders at all levels is essential.
Experience managing geographically diverse project/program teams.

The Offer:

$1,350 per day
12 month contract
Office based in Eagle Farm
Hybrid work arrangement - WFH + Office split
Ability to make real impact on critical safety program
Due to security requirements, applicants must be Australian Permanent Residents.
