**The Opportunity

The ways to connect with customers is rapidly evolving, we are looking to innovate how we effectively leverage technology, data and insights to step change and enhance the in store experience across all customer touchpoints.


In this newly created role of Next Gen Digital Communications & Content Manager your mission will be to bring our brand to life through best-in-class digital content that supports the Woolworths Group brand ambitions.

You will create and deliver contextually relevant and engaging content for our growing in store digital channels including screens, shelf edge and other in store digital assets.

**What you'll do

  • Develop a communication strategy for digital marketing touchpoints throughout the customer journey that deliver to our customer objectives.
  • Managing the content schedule across multiple screens and stores/ uploading / removing / pivoting of CMS / content needs
  • Define content architecture to support both our business objectives and brand strategy, ensuring the content mix is relevant and engaging to spark our customer's attention.
  • Collaborate with In store Marketing to optimise the in store environment utilising the digital canvas.
  • Develop and implement strategies and tools to continually monitor and evaluate performance,and to help inform future projects and campaigns.
Build and maintain efficient and effective relationships with our key partners; our production agency and internal stakeholders.

**What you'll bring

  • 5 + years experience in marketing/ digital marketing channels.
  • Digital content development and end to end project management experience
  • Knowledge of the retail industry and/ or major food brand
  • Exceptional relationshipbuilding capabilities, managing stakeholders at all levels
  • A collaborative, innovative mindset with flexibilty to pivot when needed
  • ASANA or equivalent project management experience would be preferred
