Reporting to Performance Marketing Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the creative and campaign delivery for Disney+ Growth Marketing efforts across ANZ.

Responsibilities include the sourcing of global creative assets and development of local campaign assets, briefing creative teams, coordinating legal and internal approvals and managing final delivery.

This includes evolving digital marketing processes and liaising with local and global teams.


We are looking for a strong team player who will contribute to an environment that embraces innovation in Growth Marketing, who is experienced in delivering world class work, always looking to improve and evolve digital marketing processes.

This role would suit someone who is organised, an expert multi-tasker and a natural at building strong relationships both in person and remotely.


Areas of responsibility:

  • Primarily responsible for scoping of global assets, local campaign and asset development, localisation and delivery of ROI focused digital campaigns.
  • Manage and update the Growth Marketing digital campaign calendar.
  • Provide support to the local Growth Marketing team; follow up on meeting minutes as well as produce and deliver creative briefs and marketing assets.
  • Work collaboratively within a crossfunctional local team, including Studios, Lifecycle Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Legal and Creative, while liaising and aligning with global teams, to provide effective coordination and logistics around creative requests.
  • Be a champion of bestinclass brand aligned campaign creative, keeping an eye on creative trends & competitor activity.
  • Support the Senior Growth Marketing Manager in monitoring campaign performance across programmatic channels and provide input on campaign optimisations & new opportunities.
  • Use data and reports to guide evidencebased decisions, supported by bestpractice and latest technology.
  • Ensure positive and effective working relationships with all local and global team members, accepting individual responsibility for assigned deliverables and upholding high standards of quality and timeliness.
  • SAP all related aspects including generation of POs and effective invoice and payment processing.
  • Assist in preparation of reports and presentations, as required and directed.

Experience required:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role (Media or Digital Agency experience preferable but not essential).
  • Knowledge of various digital media and programmatic platforms
  • Outcomefocused, and confident in making decisions without necessarily having all the information.
  • Advanced skills in digital asset creation, asset/media delivery and preservation (and understanding of the supporting workflows and using tools such as Jira, Confluence & Airtable.
  • Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
  • Marketing Strategy and Operations: A fundamental understanding of bestpractice across programmatic digital, from customer identification and segmentation, to strategic planning, campaign implementation, measurement and optimisation.
  • Teamwork and Time-Management: Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, working at pace, with multiple stakeholders (local and international), managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
