The Opportunity
One of our strong clients are looking for a

Your responsibilities in your new position:

Assess:the current state of the workforce & proactively engage with teams to develop an understanding of business strategies and programs of work.

-
Management: Contribute to activities for planning, requirements analysis, and implementation by adopting/ developing/implementing an industry standard skills and capabilities framework.
-
Advising: Provide advice and support on practices to align recruitment, learning, promotion, and recognition to support the development of an inclusive and diverse workforce.
-
Develop: And contribute to workforce planning documentation and create detailed reports for executive staff.

Ability to work cohesively and communicate effectively with other teams and stakeholder groups.
The ability to work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability.
Demonstrated project management competencies.
Previous experience within workplace planning.
