The Role


You will be an integral first point of contact by welcoming patients, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and running a busy and diverse office.

If you excel in customer service and have a caring nature, you will be an amazing and valued addition to the team.


Your Day Looks Like This:


  • Welcome patients on arrival to the clinic.
  • Manage and optimise clinical schedules and payments.
  • Prepare patient documentation.
  • Assist with general administration and financial duties.
  • Manage medical records and accurately keep information updated.


To be considered for this role you will have at least two years' Admin experience, preferably in a medical practice.


  • Previous interaction with both patients and medical professionals
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Understanding of financials (accounts payable & receivable)
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Quick to learn new systems.
