Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management and execution of maintenance and shutdown works to the Energy Division.

Our Energy division is seeking at Completions Coordinator to join our offshore shutdown division as part of the core crew team.

This role commences in March 2024 and will be based in our client's office in the Perth CBD from Monday to Friday and some ad-hoc travel will be required throughout the year leading up to the scheduled TAR.

This is a full time permanent opportunity.

This role is responsible for enabling the successful management and handover of completion activities at the end of the Turnaround.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating works between the engineering, maintenance, projects, Shutdown and quality teams to ensure that completions activities are progressively completed as early and efficiently as possible
  • Assisting in the management and development of ITRs
  • Managing data within the Clients Completions Management System
  • Checking handover packages and associated documents to ensure that they contain all the required information.
  • Working collaboratively and efficiently with the client to ensure signoff is achieved.
  • Tracking and reporting on status of completion activities.
  • Issuing of the system MCC (Mechanical Completions Certificate) and other relevant certificates at the completion of the Turnaround.

What you will bring

  • Mechanical or E&I trade or engineering qualification
  • Knowledge and experience working in a onshore or offshore environments.
  • Experience in a similar completions position.
  • Experience with CMMS systems, preferably SAP system
  • Proficiency in the use of key Microsoft products (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels
  • A willingness to travel to site as per business requirements
