As the Director of Service Design, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and delivery of services within this large government department.
You will work closely with a team of specialised professionals to design and implement innovative service models, ensuring high-quality care, improved participant outcomes, and enhanced patient experiences.
About the role:
- Develop and drive the overall service design strategy, aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Lead the design and implementation of service delivery models, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across different allied health disciplines.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative approaches to service delivery in the allied health sector.
- Lead the development and evaluation of service design frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, patient experiences, and outcomes.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the service design team, ensuring their professional growth and development.
About you:
- Proven experience in service design, service delivery, or related roles within the healthcare or allied health sector.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to envision and implement innovative service models.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards within the healthcare industry.
Benefits:
- ASAP start pending Federal Police Clearance
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday.
- Assistant Director $70 to $80 per hour + super
- Director $85 to $110 per hour + super
