We are currently looking to recruit a
Car Park and Logistics Supervisor, to assist our Senior Manager, Car Park and Logistics in coordinating the efficient daily movement/flow of all vehicle traffic through ICC Sydney's multiple loading docks and car parks as well as assist in the management and coordination of the Car Park and Logistics Team Members across ICC Sydney.
- Ensure the building is setup in the appropriate mode of operations for the given day; may include patrol car parks, monitor egresses and act or make recommendations to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the Car Park.
- Manage and coordinate the loading dock management system (LDMS), completing data entry as required and liaising with the Senior Manager, Car Park and Logistics in relation to Loading Dock Management System as required
- Manage and coordinate the Traffic Management and System Database completing data entry as required and liaising with the Senior Manager, Car Park and Logistics in relation to the Traffic Management System as required.
- Drive a safe work culture and environment with our clients and contractors through compliance with company WH&S policies, safe work practices and compliance with contractor management processes.
- Ensure effective resolution of client concerns or queries with mínimal disruption to client and event activities. Report, document or escalate queries in a quick and accurate manner to ensure timely resolution.
- Train, and manage day to day duties, requirements and performance for all Car Park and Logistics Team Members.

To be eligible for employment you must be an Australian Citizen or a permanent resident of Australia, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to work unrestricted in Australia.
