We are seeking a skilled
Product Manager to maximise the value delivered by the Agile Release Train (ART) by ensuring that the ART backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs, to produce a Maritime Electronic Warfare Software Application.


Essential elements of this exciting role include:

  • Work with the SAFe System Architect to translate the customer needs into epics and cascade that down to the individual Product Owners to translate into features and stories for their relevant Scrum Teams.
  • Align product strategy, vision and roadmaps.
  • Foster builtin quality and support the architectural runway to produce a resilient solution.
  • Communicate and present the functionality produced to the program and customer stakeholders.
  • Obtain feedback from program and customer stakeholders.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • STEM qualification is desirable
  • Minimum 8 years' systems and/or software development experience is essential
  • Experience and desire to be a Product Manager is essential
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills essential
  • Experience in using DevSecOps and supporting Continuous Delivery Pipelines is desirable
  • Previous exposure to Defence Systems Engineering processes and tools desirable
  • Experience in Command and Control and/or Electronic Warfare domain desirable
  • Experience in a Defence related industry is desirable
