The Role
***This is a full-time role based in our Collingwood (VIC) office. This is an opportunity for a keen, customer focused, administration professional looking to develop their skill set.

As a crucial part of our team, you will responsible to deliver to the following:


  • Ensuring the that our Collingwood office runs smoothly with an immaculate presentation (ordering and presentation of food and office supplies as well as coordinating cleaners)
  • Manning the reception desk at our Collingwood office (welcoming interviewees and external stakeholders)
  • Answering the national general enquiry phonelines and online chat
  • Ownership of the IT Helpdesk and troubleshooting computer issues
  • Backend administration tasks including creating Statements of Service, printing lanyards etc
  • Creating internal tiles on canva, milestone and thankyous etc
  • General office administrative duties

Skills + Experience

  • A team player committed to anzuk culture and core values
  • A demonstrated history of delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships quickly
  • Highlevel attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone and verbal skills
  • Exceptional IT and administration skills with the ability to use advanced computer systems
  • Prior experience in an administration or customer relationship focused role preferred
