Assist in various administrative tasks relating to operational and business management e

g:

  • Assisting in tender and contract management process, including preparation of tender submission packages.
  • Overseeing digital inventory monitoring and data management.
  • Data entry to various software platforms e.g. MS Dynamics, SmartSheets and internal network
  • Being the Subject Matter Expert in company software relating to data entry, such as MS Dynamics including training new and existing personnel
  • Assist with completing required documentation, record keeping and checks within contract compliance including Company property and equipment.
  • Assisting with company reporting, adhoc administrative tasks, employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and teambuilding activities.
  • Assist in on boarding new employees with respect to Training documentation as well as client specific qualifications.
Assist in various administrative tasks relating to client and internal contract management e

g:

  • Tracking management KPI's to ensure deliverables are met within the agreed metrics and service level agreements.
  • Liaising with managers
  • Managing Company related portals associated with the work we do
  • Requesting information and documentation from various stakeholders.
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and up to date records in various portals.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Ability to prioritise, plan and organise workload to undertake multiple tasks simultaneously and achieve specific objectives within a designated time frame.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handling of unexpected situations in a dynamic office environment.
  • Proficiency in using software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics
- and database systems.

  • Proven initiative, solid problemsolving skills, and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Business Administration practices/operations services is advantageous.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical skills.
