The Role:
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of our company. Based in the vibrant heart of Melbourne, this role offers the perfect blend of office and home-based work.

You'll be in the office twice a week, but with the flexibility to work from home for the remainder of the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering customer calls with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Addressing queries about accounts, processing payments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Providing accurate information about our rewards program and its benefits.
• Tackling challenges headon and contributing to our continuous improvement.

• Solid phone and basic computer skills.
• Excellent command of English.
