About the vacancies & desired skills and experience

Various vacancies will provide a range of administrative, procedural and operational support services to the teams, including record-keeping and reporting using departmental systems.

Contract Management positions work in a dynamic, complex, and sensitive environment and will need to maintain close relationships with a range of internal and external providers.


About you
- you will be customer-focused and have excellent communication skills
- show initiative and solve problems with limited guidance
- be proactive and engage collaboratively with stakeholders to build positive relationships and achieve outcomes
- have a good eye for detail, an enquiring mind, and be a natural problem solver
- manage contracts and agreements with varying levels of complexity and identify potential risks to relevant internal stakeholders when appropriate
- ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding the management of agreements e.g. service delivery and Provider capability risks, performance reports, payments
- ability to identify emerging opportunities or issues, and respond quickly to competing priorities as they arise
- and have a commitment to ongoing personal development and self-driven learning.

APS6 positions will have leadership responsibilities. You will need to demonstrate leadership and people experience.
