Your duties will be:
Facilitate toolbox, HSE meetings, trainings.
Contribute to and provide feedback on HSE management system documentation and tools.
Coordinate investigations and reporting of incidents and accidents.
Review preemployment medicals and other onboarding requirements.
Assist in development and implementation of safety inductions, safe act observation and VOC programs.
Assist in assessment of impacts on Safety and Environment of planned and actual changes to the workplace and work practices.
Guidance on HSE, training matters and coordination with internal and external stake holders.
Assist in injury and incident management in line with company procedures.
Assist in project and general business HSE safety requirements.
Track compliance across the business with regards to relevant accreditations (ISO, CM3 etc).
Coordinate and verify company and regulatory policies and procedures.
Inspect and audit workplace (including remote, nonmetro sites) in accordance with the Internal Audit Schedule.
About you:
MS Office user
Knowledge of QMS policies and procedures
ICAM Investigation Training
Lead auditor trained to ISO 9001,45001 & 1400
Cert IV in WHS
Experience in Auditing, ISO 9001,45001 & 1400
