A Real Estate Investment Management firm with a multi-jurisdictional presence and offices globally seeks an Analyst to join their investment team based in Sydney.

Full Job Description

You will primarily be involved in analysis and research for investment management activities, including asset acquisitions, development projects, and joint venture partnerships or investments.

Responsibilities:

Involved in transactions from end

to end, including research, deal evaluation and structuring, financial modeling, analysis, due diligence and deal execution

Involved in postinvestment asset management including handover to the asset management team, analysis for asset planning, leasing and enhancement activities
Supporting the team's real estate market research and analysis requirement
Assisting with and supervising the preparation and management of annual budgets and reports covering the financial performance and status of the assets

Job Requirements:

Degree in Real Estate/Land Economics, Business, Finance or a related discipline

years relevant working experience in Australia

Highly proficient in general financial, valuation, feasibility and budget modelling within Excel with a focus on accuracy and clarity of output
Resourceful with a keen analytical and commercial mind.
Strong communication skills, initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team in a fastpaced environment.
