The Opportunity:


Fast growing aged care provider and developer on the lookout for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their finance team.

This is a contract opportunity with the potential for permanent work in future.


Your day-to-day:


  • Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions
  • Reconcile discrepancies and resolve billing issues with customers
  • Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify delinquent accounts
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and disputes
  • Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports for management
  • Assist in monthend closing activities and provide support for audits

Who you are:


  • Dynamics 365 experience desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience working in an accounts receivable role
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable principles, practices, and procedures
