About the role:

***PPS have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Finance Officer to support the financial operations of our business. To be suitable for this role you will have a strong understanding of the accounting process. This is an immediate start in our new CBD office.


Successful applicants will have:

Full function of accounts receivable/payable including invoice creation and credit control. Month end process, journal entries, reconciliation.

  • Accounts Payable end to end processing (data entry, coding, reconciliations, & payments)
  • Accounts Receivable end to end processing (data entry, coding, reconciliations)
  • Accounts Receivable collections ensuring correct allocation against customer accounts
  • Ensure that monthly statements are produced and distributed
  • Reconciliation of daily banking statements for transactions, posting transactions to journal and GL
  • Monthly Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Assist in the reporting and monitoring of cash flow
  • Strong attention to detail, previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
  • Able to pass a preemployment medical and drug and alcohol screening
