You're Role

We are excited to welcome a new baby room educator to our team


Your responsibilities would include:

  • Observing children and working effectively within a team
  • Facilitate a physical environment that reflects the educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQS
  • Support the established relationships with families, educators and children
  • Assist educators in creating a secure and nurturing environment that promotes children's learning and overall wellbeing.

Skills & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
  • Demonstrated knowledge of child development
  • Knowledge of current trends in Early Childhood Education
  • Adept with establishing and building relationships with parents and families
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and NQF
  • Ability to develop warm and meaningful relationships with children
  • Selfmotivated team member, with maturity and initiative
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Current Working with Children Check

Salary:
$ $38.30 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 38 per week
