REMOTE ROLE - 100% WORK FROM HOME

FLEXIBLE WORKING HOURS

Client Details


This is a completely online accounting firm with a total of six staff working onshore on the East Coast of Australia.

The onshore team have a small offshore team who support them by completing the processing work.

This frees up the onshore team, who are in a flat structure, to focus on client management and advisory work.

Clients benefit from having strong relationships with their business advisers who truly want to help them succeed.


The firm have found great success in this style of work and utilising cloud based technology (they are a Xero based practice) to enable their team to work very effectively from home contributing to the ongoing growth of the firm.

Role Description

You will be responsible for a portfolio of SME clients (turnovers averaging $2-5m)
Heavy focus on relationship management with business clients
Offer value-add and advisory work to help clients grow their business
You will liaise regular with third parties throughout the firms vast network to assist client on all of there business matters including legal, IT, wealth, finance etc
Review the work (tax compliance) of the offshore staff

CA or CPA qualified or studying towards
Over 4 years experience in professional practice
At least 1-2 years experience in a client management role
Experience in reviewing work
