At Amazon Hub Pick-up and Returns, we're working to optimize the delivery convenience for our customers.

With our Amazon Lockers and Counters we are not only enabling customers to pickup and send parcels in the most comfortable way, but are helping to optimize resource allocation on the last mile - from fuel to packaging material.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial self-starter with a passion to build and scale new businesses taking a key role within our mission as an Account Manager, who will also be responsible for all aspects of customer delivery strategy for our Core Lockers.


You will be working in a cross-functional role, representing the face to our most strategic partners, driving usage of our service and working to continuously improve our mechanisms, tools and processes.

- has experience with proven track record within account management, project management or sales positions
- brings an entrepreneurial mindset and feels comfortable in a dynamic, fast moving and ambiguous environment
- has a proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality while overcoming unexpected challenges
- possesses good business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common-sense approach to getting things done autonomously
- masters analytical thinking with the ability to capture and analyze data for decision making
- is able to visualize and communicate a long-term goal as well as to scope and execute on the required steps throughout the journey


Basic qualifications:


  • 5+ years Business Development or Account Management experience
  • Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions
  • Experience in Project management and Data analysis
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple workstreams
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience with Salesforce and / or SQL preferred
  • Experience in Marketing and Advertising

Key job responsibilities


Key job responsibilities:

- develop and optimize mechanisms and tools to enable scalable and efficient partner engagement
- drive usage of Hub Pick-up and Returns by Amazon customers
- implement review mechanisms to monitor, analyze and report partner/location performance and derive pro-active follow-up actions
- act as facilitator between internal and external stakeholders from Quality, Tech, Accounting, Marketing, Business planning, Legal and Product Management to optimize partner and customer experience throughout the complete project lifecycle
- represent Amazon Hub Pick-up & Returns with our partners and drive sustainable account growth

  • Become an expert on delivery operations and drive continuous improvement in performance while the business continues to grow
  • Own operations processes related to carrier and partner management, such as carrier performance monitoring, root cause analysis and consequent improvement strategy
  • Identify and execute on opportunities for improving customer experience and reducing delivery cost through data analysis
  • Lead and participate in strategic projects as a market POC, including new product and feature launches, process and quality improvements, and geographic expansion
  • Partner with global Operations Managers to innovate on behalf of the business and develop best practices
  • Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership
  • Promote and develop an environment which is receptive and adaptable to business change
