About the role


Reporting to the Head of People Systems, this role requires the incumbent to demonstrate significant knowledge in all human resource information systems and ensures CSV has access to high quality workforce data, information and analysis that is provided through a suite of standard and ad-hoc reports and performance dashboards.


Data used to produce these reports is gathered from a variety of source systems, including but not limited to, Chris21, Performance and Learning Management System, Springboard (Recruitment) and future system implementations.


Key to success in the position is the provision of workforce data and supporting business units within CSV in the analysis and interpretation of information and identifying trends.


Reporting and analysis may support workforce planning decisions for CSV (including turnover, absenteeism, training, exit data, staff surveys, recruitment and leave management, etc).


About you

  • Demonstrated experience and capacity to provide analysis on workforce data with consideration to trends across the labour market and social / political levers for labour trends on a local, regional, and global basis
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge and experience in using Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). Experience in Chris21 and SAP business interfaces highly desirable
  • Demonstrated expert skills in MS Office products, particularly Excel, Access, and Power Point
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing data and conducting trend analysis.
