About the Role:


We currently have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced, qualified and enthusiastic Instructional Design and Delivery Specialist to join our Transformation Team.

This position will play a key role in sustainable change adoption and consequent benefits realisation through learning needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of user training and development across multiple streams and work packages within Transformation.

The role's responsibilities cover all facets of change, including changes to business processes, roles, systems and technology.

The ability to adapt and operate effectively within a scaled Agile delivery framework, taking a test and learn approach will be important.

Key post implementation outcomes to be enabled by this role are faster adoption and greater utilisation of the changes that are introduced to enable key outcomes of the Transformation Program


Responsibilities will include:

Maintaining a level of competency for self on the Salesforce platform, ecosystem products/tools and configured solutions.

  • Conducting analysis to identify desired skills, current competency levels and gaps
  • Designing, facilitating, and implementing high quality learning programs to meet organisational and employee needs.
  • Using instructional design methodologies to create learning programs, workshop materials and other documentation that
support adult learning principles (utilising eLearning, instructor-led training, and blended learning solutions).

  • Developing training plans and related documentation.
  • Facilitating engaging training sessions in both virtual, blended and classroom environments.
  • Providing ideas on improving the training service and finding new and better ways to operate.
  • Providing ongoing reporting and analysis of learning activities

About you:

Proven track record in Instructional Design, adult learning, and augmented training solutions; preferably in Aged Care,Disability and/or Health

  • 10+ years of experience in training design and delivery
  • Formal qualifications/certification in Education/Training.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform.
  • Minimum of three or more years current experience programming webbased training (Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia,
etc.)

  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) for instruction settings.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Highlevel interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience coaching and collaborating with business stakeholders
and end-users.

  • A technologysavvy, fast learner, able to understand requirements, design, system functionality and use as input to
communications and training development.

  • Able to role model resilience, adaptability and change leadership in succeeding in a flexible, fastpaced, multiproject
environment with high levels of ambiguity and uncertainty.

  • Highlevel written communication skills and highly developed oral presentation skills and proven experience supporting
the design, development, delivery and management of training.
