The role An exciting new opportunity has risen for a Recruitment Business Partner to successfully lead recruitment activities for Health Capital Division.

Within this role, you will provide expert level understanding and operational knowledge of HR policy, awards, agreements and legislative requirements pertaining to recruitment.

You will develop and deliver a suite of targeted recruitment and improve timeliness of recruitment activities to ensure Health Capital Division can recruit and onboard within required timeframes.

The role will require high level communication and interpersonal skills to successfully liaise and negotiate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders in providing high level advice on recruitment strategies to deliver successful recruitment.

The successful personYou will have a passion for recruitment and have the ability to actively engage with various key stakeholders in a multi-disciplinary environment to facilitate successful recruitment processes within strict timeframes.

Your advanced knowledge of recruitment practices, including legislations, directives, policies and procedures will be beneficial to this role.

You will be able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment whilst building and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will have the ability to lead strategically and implement new ideas to improve recruitment processes for Health Capital Division.
