We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in workplace health and safety legislation and associated management systems that enables the development and management of contemporary health, safety and workers' compensation/injury management strategies.
Demonstrated experience in providing expert strategic and tactical advice relating to a wide range of workplace health and safety system issues including governance and planning, consultation and participation, hazard and risk management, incident management, managing health conditions and rehabilitation and performance analytics.
Proven experience in the effective leadership and management of a team of workplace health, safety and rehabilitation practitioners to ensure high performance and the delivery of critical organisational outcomes within a complex environment.
Demonstrated highly developed analytical and problemsolving skills to diagnose issues of risk and provide quality advice and solutions to a range of senior stakeholders on complex health, safety and workers' compensation/injury management issues.
Demonstrated high level ability to build and maintain productive relationships and liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, to achieve expected organisational outcomes.
