Description
We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in workplace health and safety legislation and associated management systems that enables the development and management of contemporary health, safety and workers' compensation/injury management strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in providing expert strategic and tactical advice relating to a wide range of workplace health and safety system issues including governance and planning, consultation and participation, hazard and risk management, incident management, managing health conditions and rehabilitation and performance analytics.
- Proven experience in the effective leadership and management of a team of workplace health, safety and rehabilitation practitioners to ensure high performance and the delivery of critical organisational outcomes within a complex environment.
- Demonstrated highly developed analytical and problemsolving skills to diagnose issues of risk and provide quality advice and solutions to a range of senior stakeholders on complex health, safety and workers' compensation/injury management issues.
- Demonstrated high level ability to build and maintain productive relationships and liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with key internal and external stakeholders, to achieve expected organisational outcomes.
