The Role

We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

They key responsibilities and requirements of the role are:

Key responsibilities_
Proactively contacting current customers as part of our customer nurturing
Processing customer orders accurately and in a timely manner to ensure our operations are kept informed of orders
Preparing quotes and menus for customers for their corporate events (extensive training will be provided)
Comfortable in using technology and working effectively. This is a role where on days volume can be high, so you must be comfortable in working under pressure
Assisting with other admin tasks to support the team when needed
In time, managing and supporting a team of about
Minimum requirements_
Proven experience in dealing directly with customers
Excellent written and verbal communication
A friendly nature
Very strong attention to detail
Prior experience with catering and preparing menu options is preferred but is not essential as extensive training will be provided on this.

Our client's include businesses in all types of industries, ranging from small businesses to large international organisations.

Our client's include some of the largest companies in the world like Amazon, Google, Dior and Tiktok, to iconic Australian brands like Woolworths, Westpac, and Airtasker all the way to local small businesses.

We love the variety of companies we deal with and can genuinely say that the people we deal with within these companies are always pleasant.

The types of events we cater for can range from small internal company meetings, to large events and functions, to staff meals.

These include a range of industries from local offices, to feeding warehouse teams, providing catering for film studios, to schools, universities and hospitals.

You probably get the gist there isn't really one type of company we deal with which keeps the role interesting, and will see you deal with a wide range of customers.

A competitive salary package of $60,000 to $70,000 plus superannuation per annum.

The role is based from the Sydney CBD but we are open to hybrid office and work from home arrangements depending on your circumstances and experience.
