Troocoo is excited to be partnering with a rapidly expanding business undergoing a number of change and growth initiatives across their global footprint.

Reporting to the Group Chief People officer, the HR Manager role will see you be responsible for developing and implementing effective people management frameworks, policies, and processes and operationalising the People Strategy.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include.

  • Providing support and guidance to internal stakeholders on all HRrelated practices across the business.
  • Managing and guiding people processes including performance reviews, salary reviews, succession planning, resourcing, engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Leading the People Team, fostering a highperformance team culture focused on service excellence.
  • Identifying leadership development needs and support growth and performance.
  • Developing and monitoring compliance with people policies, processes, templates, and employment laws.
  • Providing insights and recommendations on industry trends and changes.
  • Overseeing engagement initiatives such as awards programs, surveys, and people development.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition Manager to help define the national talent strategy.
  • Define the national learning strategy and ensure alignment with operational business needs.
  • Develop external partnerships with preferred suppliers and best practice providers.

Experience working within industries with large client groups such as retail or hospitality would be advantageous.
