Role:


As the product Manager you will play a crucial part as my client develops software that is changing the way in the superannuation space, This will be a hybrid opportunity working with a dynamic and collaborative team.

What a Product Manager does

  • Define scope of any new Feature work being conducted on the Admin Platform
  • Support the broader Product Team and business in assessing new items that might be suitable for the Product Roadmap
  • Capture and document the requirements of any new Feature being conducted on the Admin Platform. Requirements can be gathered from sources that include, but are not limited to, legislative needs,
  • Ensure content in relation to the Feature is kept uptodate (e.g. Confluence Feature Template pages)
  • Engage with Designers to commence design work of the Feature, and provide feedback throughout until completion of build
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure the Feature is fitforpurpose and is in keeping with our Admin Platform's overall architecture and design principles
  • Create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria for use within ticketing system
  • Support the Scrum Teams throughout the build phase of the Feature, including attending Agile rituals and providing answers to engineering questions
  • Support the Testing Manager / Testing Team in establishing appropriate test cases for the Feature.
  • Support the Product Team in running Knowledge Transfer sessions with upon successful completion of feature build.
The following is necessary to succeed in this role:

  • Experience working in Superannuation or insurance
  • Experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Being able to articulate a problem, solution or requirement in a way that will appeal to a range of stakeholders.
