Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Documents, database and records management expertise.
  • Handling of social media posts and engagement.
  • Establishing strong working relationships with thirdparty service suppliers.
  • Onsite guest coordination, room preparation, and forms.

Skills

  • Demonstrating excellent initiative, prioritization, and organisation skills.
  • Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Broad technology knowledge with the ability to learn new systems.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools (highly regarded
