This position is responsible for the negotiation and management of leases for sites under the administration of the Primary industries Committee of Management (PICoM) function.

The role will undertake a variety of projects as required, and contribute to the department's management of crown land and administration of the Primary industries Committee of Management (PICoM) portfolio sites.


Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of government leasing, budget development, contract management and procurement processes.
  • Sound understanding of real estate management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of crown land management practices and processes for administering a committee of management.
  • A degree in business or real estate management is highly desirable

This is ongoing position. The work location for this position is Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
