This position is responsible for the negotiation and management of leases for sites under the administration of the Primary industries Committee of Management (PICoM) function.

The role will undertake a variety of projects as required, and contribute to the department's management of crown land and administration of the Primary industries Committee of Management (PICoM) portfolio sites.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Demonstrated experience and understanding of government leasing, budget development, contract management and procurement processes.
Sound understanding of real estate management principles and practices.
Knowledge of crown land management practices and processes for administering a committee of management.
A degree in business or real estate management is highly desirable

This is ongoing position. The work location for this position is Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
