The Operations Directorate, under the leadership of the Chief Operating Officer, encompasses several functional areas that deliver a range of organisation-wide strategic and operational services and support that include:

About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Support Coordinator supports core business within the Operations Directorate. Core business encompasses a wide range of operational requirements including activity & performance monitoring, reporting and improvement, compliance and risk management, and coordination across functional areas to achieve organisational strategic objectives

A regular day will see you:

  • Working closely with business partners and the Business Intelligence Unit, collate and report performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting, key committees and for other purposes, as required.
  • Present information and data analysis, assisting the Operations Manager to identify important patterns and trends which support data driven decision making.
  • Provide central oversight (distribution, tracking, collation, and submission) of Operations Directorate documents and registers, for example; risk registers, legislative compliance updates, contract documentation, document review processes, registers of reviews and organisational charts.
  • Provide secretariat support for committees and operational meetings as required by the COO and Operations Manager

About you
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (for example clinical, managerial, business or data/health information management)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, collate, analyse, and present data in understandable formats, including highly developed skills in the Microsoft suite of programs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work with others to solve problems and deliver timely responses.
  • Proven sound judgement and discretion.
