As a paid trainee, you'll provide essential care and support while nurturing your skills and compassion. Over 12 months, you'll complete a Certificate III in Individual Support, gaining invaluable hands-on industry experience.

Your main duties will include:

Complete the Certificate III in Individual Support as a trainee

Show flexibility, empathy, and patience while attending to the needs of our elderly residents and clients

Provide holistic care, ensuring physical, emotional, and social well-being

Respect residents' privacy, dignity, and self-esteem at all times

About you

Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal

Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads effectively, ensuring efficiency in daily tasks

A strong commitment to continuous quality improvement, always seeking opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Working knowledge of WH&S (Workplace Health & Safety) and Infection Control guidelines
