EL1 Program and Delivery Lead
These positions are located in their busy Canberra office for an initial
contracts and possible extensions.
EL1 Program Communications Lead
Duties
The specified personnel will be responsible for:
- Developing communications and training packages aimed at contractors and internal staff.
- Working collaboratively with Program Leads.
Requirements/Skills
The labour hire worker should have key skills such as:
- Capability in content and graphic design.
- Communicating with, and maintaining relationships with, stakeholders across the sector
- Experience in developing learning and development material and communications.
- Experience working in hybrid environments.
- User experience and human centred design.
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing communications strategies and activities.
Additionally, the position will require the labour hire worker to be capable of:
- Working closely with the Program Delivery lead to prepare for relevant training sessions.
EL1 Program and Delivery Lead
Duties
The specified personnel will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of guidance and delivery of contractor briefing.
- Delivering training material to support staff and contractors undertaking compliance activities.
- Delivering information sessions to Approved Authorities and/or schools.
Requirements/Skills
The labour hire worker should have key skills such as:
- Communicating with, and maintaining relationships with, stakeholders across the sector
- Experience working in hybrid environments.
- Ability to consider and effectively manage competing priorities and strategic directions.
Additional requirements for both roles:
- Engaging and maintaining strong working relationships with relevant stakeholders and staff across the department as well as externally.
- Performing additional duties or assuming responsibility of functions as directed by the supervisor from time to time.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to particular audiences and engage with a range of stakeholders.
